Alter #1 - Spring Equinox
Alter is an experiment in sacred space, play and transformation.
For this first experiment, the ingredients are:
- A decent sound system in a church nave, with selectors encouraged to play the kind of music they might not normally feel able to play on dancefloors.
- Visual experiments using projections / slides / films.
- A check in, 90 minute non verbal period, and check out
- An altar where people can place any sacred objects and / or seasonal elements from nature.
Participants are encouraged to make of this what they will - move, sit, create, do whatever feels good.
